We want you to love your transformation, but if your Morphsuit isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Suit
Place the Morphsuit back in its original clear packaging and secure it in a mailing bag to ensure it arrives back to us safely.
Print & Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off & Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once we inspect the suit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
